To help it happen, Stew Leonard, Jr., the CEO of Stew Leonard’s farm fresh food stores, came up with what he hopes is a way to make peace a little closer by offering to donate 10,000 burgers to the Trump-Kim peace summit.
Stew Leonard’s, which sells over 30 million pounds of beef a year throughout the tri-State area, has offered to donate burgers with “USA” stamped in the middle of them.
The offer has been sent to the State Department in hopes that our own hamburger loving president and Un, can chow down, and maybe make peace over Stew Leonard's choice beef.
The chain said the burgers would be made of their finest cuts including filet mignon, short rib and ground chuck.
Now, they just need a grill and someone to cook.
